Nike has opened its new store in the innovative real estate project Distrito Perseverancia, an exceptional space that combines residential, commercial, corporate, and recreational areas, blending nature and modernity.
This store is designed to serve and keep active residents and visitors who are passionate about sports. Its goal is to establish a direct connection with the local community through sports, an active lifestyle, and innovation.
Nike Rise Distrito has been designed as the epicenter where sport meets Asunción's regenerative design. Seamlessly integrated into the open neighborhood ecosystem, this space moves away from traditional structures to breathe through native vegetation and organic architecture that celebrates light and the outdoors.
Nike Distrito merges high performance with Asunción's ecosystem. Inspired by the concept of an open neighborhood, its organic aesthetic integrates concrete textures and native vegetation to blend technology with the urban landscape. It is a transparent space that celebrates sustainability, allowing athletes to inhabit an atmosphere of light and movement in the city's new green space.
Athletes from our store and offices participated in an energetic day, where they were able to experience Nike culture, strengthening their pride in being part of the brand and connecting with the purpose of creating unique experiences for consumers.
We activated the areas surrounding the store through a bold and strategic presence in key urban spaces, occupying bus stations, high-impact outdoor advertising spaces, and even the streets themselves with disruptive traffic cones that hinted that something better was coming. This physical presence was amplified by a strong digital push that included influencer marketing, social media, and a targeted email strategy, ensuring that the message reached both passersby and our most engaged consumers.

We invited key local influencers. A diverse group of content creators and athletes who conveyed the ideal energy for Distrito Perseverancia through their social media accounts. They provided exclusive coverage of the launch, sharing their experience at the race and store, showcasing the space, services, and local atmosphere.
We collaborate with the organization of the Urban Run. A social race with a large community dedicated to running around the city, with more than 200 participants.
Urban Run took over the Distrito and showed that running is much more than just miles—it's community. And after the finish line, the best part: coffee and enjoyment.
In collaboration with Distrito Perseverancia, we hold yoga sessions on the rooftop.
These sessions have transformed the space into a vibrant community center, offering personalized training experiences and strengthening the relationship with the brand.
